These Terms govern your access to and use of the SazUp website, apps and services. By booking or using SazUp, you agree to them.
Welcome to SazUp (“SazUp”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of our website www.sazup.com, our mobile applications and any related services. By accessing, browsing, booking or otherwise using any part of SazUp’s platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part, you must not use our website or services.
By using our services you represent that you are:
SazUp offers car cleaning, washing, detailing and maintenance services at customer-specified locations. Services are provided by SazUp’s in-house team and/or verified service partners (“Technicians”). Availability depends on location, technician availability and other operational considerations.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a service request deemed unsafe, impractical or outside our standard offerings.
Bookings can be made through our website, WhatsApp or authorized channels. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information including location, vehicle type and service preferences. Confirmed bookings are subject to technician availability.
Prices displayed are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Final pricing depends on selected services, vehicle type, city and any add-ons. We may revise prices at any time, though confirmed bookings honour the agreed price unless modified by mutual consent.
Payment must be made through accepted methods listed on the website. In case of non-payment or payment failure, services will not be rendered.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancellation requests must be submitted to customercare@sazup.com at least 3–5 days prior to renewal. Partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

SazUp is not liable for claims relating to pre-existing damage, concealed defects, or personal property left inside vehicles.
We do not guarantee permanent removal of deep stains, scratches or defects. Please note:
No warranties, express or implied, are provided unless explicitly mentioned.
SazUp exercises utmost care but is not responsible for incidental damage unless caused by proven negligence. In the rare event of technician-caused damage, liability is limited to actual repair costs or mutually agreed compensation, subject to assessment and verification, and shall not exceed the invoiced value of the particular service session.
All website content (text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos) is the exclusive property of SazUp or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or publicly display any content without prior written consent, nor use SazUp trademarks, service marks or trade names without authorization.

Use of the website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your information. By using SazUp you consent to those practices.
Our website may link to third-party sites for convenience. SazUp is not responsible for their content, policies or practices; access is at your own risk.
SazUp may suspend or terminate access at any time without notice for violations of these Terms, and may deny service at its sole discretion. Outstanding dues must be settled promptly even after termination.
The services and website are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the website will operate uninterrupted or error-free, or that results will meet your expectations under all conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SazUp and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages arising from use of the services or website, loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, or unauthorized access to our servers or personal information.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SazUp, its directors, officers, employees and affiliates against claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the services or website, or violation of any law or third-party rights.
SazUp is not responsible for delay or failure in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, labor strikes and internet failures.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of Bangalore, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
SazUp may amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice; changes are effective immediately upon posting, and continued use indicates acceptance.
